FINDING OLD FRIENDS

Katie, a friend, Floyd, Emily and her husband, Autumn?, and I'm not sure!
Lately, the best part about blogging has been finding people that you haven't seen or heard from in a long time. I was on my blog the other day, reading my comments, and Nichole Willard told me that she was friends with the Waldrons when they all lived in Riverside. I couldn't believe it! So I got on Nichole's blog, checked out her list of people and found an "Emily, Amber, Katie, Brandon, Derek, and Casey" and knew I had found our long lost friends, the Waldrons. For those of you who don't know, we lived in Costa Mesa, California with them when Floyd was the bishop and Kevin was his counselor. Karen was one of my good buddies, we even met up with their family in Nevada after we all moved away. My favorite memory of Karen is that she always told me that she wanted 14 kids, like my Uncle Floyd and Aunt Alice. I can't wait to catch up with that wonderful family. Blogging is the best!!

That's awesome! They all look the same! Except I remember Bishop being a little bigger, but maybe that's because I was small :)

sweet for you! I didn't know that you had lost contact with them. It would be great to visit with the Leavitt's and the Talbot's I think...

VICKI! I can't believe it! I could never forget you guys! I even told my husband about you as we were going through old pictures from my parents house. I came across my baptism pictures and there was one of me standing up front while you held my hand and sang...I told him how I was afraid to ride the bus home and would walk home from school with Connie and my mom had to pick me up there almost every day for awhile. So fun! I love that you found us!!!

I am so glad you found all of there Blogs...blogging is the best. The Waldrons are one fun family. It is fun to read your memories of them. The last time I remember seeing Amber and Karen was coming into the sealing room at our wedding, after the sealing had started? It was the best, I just wanted to jump up and hug them!! We talk though a few times a year and email. Amber and I have be best friends since Junior H.S and of course that just puts you in close with the rest of the family whom we love to death!!
